C is correct, for A the installing of stackdriver library in the application is missing, without the lbrary custom metric cannot be created by the application

B: b is not correct as google suggest only external metrics are pushed using pub/sub. For custom metrics use stackdriver api. C: OpenTelemetry is not a gcp service D: too much work
