  Answered A. For a multi-national corporation, they need to abide not just by international laws, but also regional laws where they do business.
  
  I'd be curious as to how this site justifies C instead. You cannot simply ignore a regional law (say in New York or California) just cause an international law (say GDPR in Europe) says something different.
