Don't be fooled by 'Cloud Infrastructure' as being only physical. the resources like Cloud VPN, Internconnects, GCE, etc are all 'cloud infrastructure'... resources and cloud infrastructure are used interchangeable...

People should understand difference between service, resource and infrastructure. Infrastructure expenditure is no more customer's headache after moving into Cloud. That is the main advantage of cloud.
