C & E - are the most cost effective solutions to upload objects to S3. In particular, S3 transfer acceleration will only charge you if the upload is indeed accelerated. Multi-part upload is recommended by AWS when object’s size exceeds 100MB. Also, it’s recommended to maximise the use of available bandwidth.
